How It Works
SLU-PP-332 is an agonist of estrogen-related receptors (ERRs), a family of orphan nuclear receptors that regulate genes for mitochondrial biogenesis, oxidative phosphorylation, and fatty acid oxidation. By activating ERRs, it boosts transcription of energy-producing enzymes and promotes a metabolic profile similar to endurance training in animal models.
