CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is the go-to GH-axis stack in research circles when the goal is to model a more youthful growth hormone rhythm without direct GH replacement. It’s used to explore body recomposition, recovery, and healthy-aging pathways driven by endogenous GH and IGF-1.
How It Works
CJC-1295 is a GHRH analog that increases the amplitude of GH pulses via pituitary GHRH receptors. Ipamorelin is a GHSR-1a (ghrelin receptor) agonist that increases frequency of GH pulses through a separate pathway. Together, they preserve physiologic pulsatility while boosting total GH output, which then drives IGF-1, lipolysis, and protein synthesis.
Regulatory & Research Note
Both CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are not FDA-approved as drug products for general use. This combination is offered strictly for research use only and is not for human injection or therapy.
